Contact Toksick Magazine

Got something to say? We actually read our inbox. Whether you’ve spotted an error in one of our articles, want to suggest a gadget we should cover, or have a business proposal on the table, the fastest way to reach the Toksick Magazine team is by email:

contact@toksickmagazine.com

We do our best to reply within a few business days. If your message is time-sensitive — say, a factual error in a breaking news story — flag it in the subject line and we’ll prioritize it.

Corrections

Technology moves fast, and so do we — which means mistakes occasionally slip through. A spec sheet gets updated after publication, a price changes overnight, a quote gets attributed to the wrong executive. When that happens, we want to know.

If you’ve found something in our coverage that doesn’t look right, write to us with:

  • The URL of the article in question
  • What you believe is inaccurate
  • A source or reference that backs up the correction, if you have one

We review every correction request against the original reporting. When we get something wrong, we fix the article and note the change. We’d rather be corrected than stay wrong.

Product Suggestions

A big part of what we cover comes directly from readers. If there’s a gadget, app, or piece of tech you think deserves attention — an obscure mechanical keyboard, a promising crowdfunded device, a tool you can’t believe more people aren’t talking about — send it our way.

A few things that help us help you:

  • Tell us what the product is and who makes it
  • Explain why you think it’s worth covering
  • Disclose if you have any connection to the company (we won’t hold it against the suggestion, but we need to know)

We can’t promise coverage of everything that’s suggested, but genuine reader tips shape our editorial calendar more than you’d think.

Partnership & Business Inquiries

For advertising, sponsorships, press releases, review unit inquiries, and other business proposals, email us at contact@toksickmagazine.com with a clear subject line describing the nature of your inquiry.

One thing worth stating plainly: Toksick Magazine may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through links on this site. This is how we keep the lights on. It does not influence what we cover, how we score products, or what we say about them — and sponsored arrangements, where they exist, are disclosed as such. If a partnership proposal would compromise that editorial independence, the answer is no, no matter the budget.

What We Can’t Help With

To save you time: we’re a news and reviews publication, not a repair shop or a manufacturer’s support line. If your device is broken, your order is missing, or you need a refund, the company that sold it to you is the right place to start. We’re happy to point you in a sensible direction if you’re truly stuck, but we can’t open support tickets on your behalf.

Thanks for reading — and for keeping us honest.
